Standard Bank Executors - No caring and replies 2 years after passing, estate not finalized.

It is with a sad heart that I write this review, but after nearly 2 years of trying to get an estate resolved, I would like to share this insights. . As a lifelong client of Standard Bank, one of our supporters decided to appoint SBSA Trust as the executors of his will. All necessary documentation was supp**** after his passing. I have been trying to get an update from them for more that 2 years regarding the progress of the estate. This has been sent to the "Team of Experts" that they said would be involved with the estate, person after person resigned as well as the appointed executors. SBSA even suggested that we appoint our own executor at the Master of the court as our expense to get the matter finalized. Not one of these so called "Experts" have bothered to reply to any of my email requests, promise after promise and zero ownership and progress.

I cannot believe the non existent service given by Standard Bank. Totally disgraceful. May the awaken from the pandemic with more kindness and caring.

Please beware..... Do not select Standard Bank as the executors of your will. They don't care about you or what happens after your passing. Your wishes will not be honored. We have honored our commitment to the persons passed and helped with his beloved animals, SBSA had not.
