STANDARD BANK EXECUTORS - LACK OF COMMUNICATION

My grandfather passed away July 2020 and Standard Bank are the executors of the estate. Their lack of communication is so poor. The do not reply to emails and their phones are not getting answered. The beginning of December 2021 we were told that it will be done in a week, we are in February 2022 and still nothing. Can we please get answers Standard Bank!!
