Standard Bank Executors and Trust Cape Town

I would like to warn everybody against ever doing a will or estate through Standard Bank executors and Trust. We have been battling to finalise my fathers estate for the past three years. This executor sided with a third party in this matter and made decisions regarding this estate. My mother is 87 years old struggling financially because of decisions that was made. I am an executor as well, there is no communication in terms of decisions that he makes. He doesn't answers emails from our attorney, is never available on his phone. My mother lost a lot of money due to decisions that was made by him. I need to take this matter to court now in order for us to get clearance on certain matters. I am sick and tired of fighting with them. He never took a stand in terms of this estate with the result that things just disappeared into thin air. I feel that he is just *********** but that is where we got stuck, it is mission impossible to get someone higher in the rankings to sort out this situation, and on a daily basis my mother is on the losing end of this fight. And believe me the executors fee is substantial. So please think twice before doing business with them.
