They are taking care of my mom's estate.

from the beginning it is a struggle to get information, or any feedback from them. even when i speak to managers.

really frustrating.

i did left a compliance on Hello Peter in November 2020, after which standard bank came back to me very quickly, but since then, really bad service.

can't recommend them at all
