Standard Bank Estates

I have been trying to get through to Standard Bank Estates for 2 weeks straight. I have sent the Estate officer multiple mails with no response. I have CCd the line managers, still no response. I have called their direct lines and nobody picks up. The call centre does not even pick up the call for Deceased Estates. .It rings for an hour then drops. Imagine having to deal with the affairs of a deceased relative and the people that have been assigned to assist don't even answer the call. I actually am disgusted by this. Estates is giving a terrible name to what is supposed to be the best bank in South Africa. **********!
