Standard Bank Estates
Standard Bank estates has handled my Mother's VERY simple estate abhorrently! 19 months on & they don't even bother to respond to my emails anymore, make promises they do not keep, have deducted in fees & charges 5 times more than the percentage of estate as my Mother believed. I have received numerous apologies for my complaints but to do still no actual feedback to queries on the bungled account (beneficiary percentages changed etc) received some months ago. I will be sure to inform everyone I know NOT to leave their wills with Standard Bank because after schmoozing the customer to get it, once they die they treat the beneficiaries like ****.
