Standard bank Estates

My father passed on in 2008 and Standard Bank Estate finalized the winding up in 2016,after back and forth of cummunications,fights, treats you name it. By the time they were done with us, the estate fees had taken everything and owing it. After that they then confiscatIng our title deeds with the legals that were involved told us to pay the debt before they could hand them back.

In April 2021, we were once again advised of some distributions to be done and we were told to provide details which we did a week later, but to date no communication or payment has happened.

My lesson with this is to not trust them with monies for your loved ones, make a research and lot of it about the Estates department.
