Standard bank Estates

We have been calling and asking for help with our late mothers Estate, but are constantly being told that the letter of authority is not yet available when we know very well that the letter was sent to standard bank as the executors in July already. The service that we are receiving from standard bank is bottom of the barrel! No sense of urgency or even a sense of being sympathetic, please do better and urgently communicate with us.
