Standard Bank Estate department

I have such a long list of problems at their Estate department that I couldn't put them all here. From sending me the wrong Executorship letter to now loosing my registration papers to re license my car. Have tried meeting with one of the more senior people but was also just given a lot of empty promises. Waste of time and petrol to go there. All I can suggest is not to use STANDARD Bank but find an OUTSTANDING bank.
