Standard Bank Error is causing us headaches
We have a sole proprietor business and we are constantly having problems with our bank letter as the Legal Entity Name on the letter is incorrect and SARS and other companies have an issue with it. I have asked our business banker if she can change it and she says no. A legal entity should be the persons name T/A the company name and this is not how ours is structured. We urgently need a correct bank letter and I am hoping that someone at Standard Bank can correct the error on their system so that we can get a correct letter.
