standard bank error

Standardbank Legal I had to go on a jpb search in 2013 whilst I didnt land a job in 7 months I was unable to pay my debt. However once I got back to the job world I started paying off and because I am a divorcee with zero maintenance life got horrible for me.

Standardbank listed me on ITC and I disagree that it should happen because they have been receiving regular payments from me. I need this removed please immediately because I have behaved responsibly and the error was on their side. I had my account from age 18 my first ever account and now I will be forced to start a new banking relationship with a partner that cares.
