Standard bank employees *********** i

I recently changed my banking details due to ***** on my card,the lady that was assisting me only changed the account number but the card number,CVV and expiry date was the same.

I went to to the branch and the gentleman dismissed me saying what appears on the app and reality are not the same thing when it comes to information on the card. I'm not stupid,what he said was false.

I then requested for a new card and stopped the current one to save myself from stress.

I check on my contract save,which was supposed to be for 10 tears and j saw that it's only goe 5 years,the gentleman didn't even assist me to the correct period( he did well because ,they would have messed up)
