Standard bank

I had credit card and Standard bank loan which I handed it over to be paid by my then debt review, the credit card was fully paid but my debt reviewer continued distributing money. When I became aware I asked for money to be refunded on my account of which email was sent but there was never respond that was in March 2021. The second one I had loan with standard bank intial amount in 2014 was 40,000 the payment was distributed every month with the proof but Standard bank handed over my loan to Daly Credit Corporation with the collectin of 180,000 more than 4 times initial amount. Emails of inquiries were sent by my debt review with no respond as the proof was sent that I alredy paid -2700 in accesd.This is affecting my score very badly and I desparate in getting it resolved.
