Standard bank eating my Lotto winnings

I have used my banking app several times to play Lotto and Powerball I have won 2 to 3 numbers several times but standard bank doesn't give me my little winnings like they used when playing using the banking app, I'm so disappointed in Friday I won three numbers to date standard bank hasn't transferred my little winnings this is not the first time it takes happening ! What's the point of using the banking app if we will still be ****med by the bank , it's better to join other bank , m drained and annoyed by this bank that I have been using for so long !
