Standard Bank Eastgate Branch's pathetic service
I am a Standard Bank pensioner and I am totally appalled by the service provided by Standard Bank Eastgate Branch - in fact, there is no service. This morning I tried to contact them by phone - but after numerous calls and after being cut off on a number of occasions, I have now given up. Absolutely ****** pathetic... definitely time to move my account to another bank after all these years...
