Standard Bank

I am not sure what to do anymore with Standard. Every time I make payments even immediate payment I literally have to call the bank to get proof of payment and also to the payment released. I am not sure how i am supposed to work with supplier who need payments to reflect on their account before they release the goods. Surely I should be able to just get proof of payment if getting payment to released is a big issues.
