Standard Bank

I have been waiting for my new credit card to be de3livered to my home address in Richmond 3780 KwaZulu Natal since they cancelled my old cards mid November which still has not arrived as it seeems that Standard Bank has not woken up to the fact that thered are several Richmonds in South Africa. I can list at least 6 of them, there is a Richmond in Cape Town, the Northern Cape has a Richmond, Johannesburg has a Richmond , Durban has a Richmond, Pietermaritzburg has a Richmond AND MOST IMPORTANTLY OF ALL THERE IS A RICHMOND 3780 IN KWAZULU NATAL. Standard Bank have subsequently handed my NEW crditcard onto one of the MOST inefficient courier companies in the coutry who also do not know where RICHMOND 3780 is. I have been waiting since mid December for my new card to be delivered. I think that the bank needs to make sure that their computer system is made aware of the fact that there are so many Richmonds in South Africa.
