Standard Bank Dysfunctional & *********

Judgement on name since 2016. Picked up again from Transunion saying my credit score is frozen. Cant get work or do anything if this is the case. 2025 spoke with NCR to find out why - who said I must speak to debt busters. Asked for a Goodwill Deletion to get a clearance certificate. Said I should speak to Std Bank. Std Bank can't tell me who is holding my account I have been shuffled from collection to legal which was legal insurance division not litigation. Checked website to be stuck with voice prompts that don't allow you to speak to an agent. Been referred to outsourced lawyers who say the accounts have been referred back to Std bank. Spoke with Consumer tribunal they can't give information out who is holding account. Tried again with Bank. Still being shuffled around for 4 hours. This Bank is ********* and dysfunctional how it still remains relevant is beyond belief and can hold an account for 10 years - so much for debt prescription and following SA laws.
