Standard bank Dutywa Branch

I was at standard bank Dutywa branch in the Eastern cape on the 08/05/2022 and wanted to withdraw R4500 but the ATM took it back inside, I even tried to pulled some notes, only managed to get R1800 and the rest was taken back by the ATM. I then went to the branch on Monday to ask that they help and refund my money, I was taken from pillar to post, corner to corner until today (11/06/2022) I'm asking my self that a big brand like standard bank when they balance and they see that they are over with R2800 and there is a complain about the R2800, why does it take more than a month to solve it. I have tried everything, being on long waiting calls,several email chains, nothing is helping. Please assist me. Nomveliso Fipaza
