Standard bank dubious and shady behavior as usual

I still sit with the same issue. I have reported this numerous times. Standard Bank alowed a big *****ulent transaction to go through in my account, while i didnt have the transaction amount in my account, this put my account into a negative (which by the way i cant do on my own as when i dont have enough money for a transaction, it is declined, this one went through for some reason) After over 2 months, they finally reversed the *****ulent amount, i couldnt use my account as it was in a huge negative amount and i was not going to pay for that. I had to escalate matters to the complaints department for any action to happen, reason, they simply just diidnt attend to it.

But, their fees kept on racking up. So they reverse the *****ulent amount, however they leave the exorbitant fees they charged along with that, why should i pay for that? why didn't they reverse their fees, please make it make sense. I havent had not a single person from standard bank call me. I havent been able to use my account for almost 6 months, but i have standard bank charging fees on my account, literally just ****ming me. Pathetic service from this bank I amm gathering all your executives email addresses and i will be taking time to write to each and everyone of them. I will not be going away, so yyou need to sort out my account
