Standard Bank - DSV: APPALLING SERVICE
I'm writing this review to complain about the putrid service from Standard bank's selected courier company- DSV. I cannot fathom how Standard Bank is associated with this company who gives such APPALLING disgraceful service. I was supposed to get my new bank card (That I have been paying for each month yet I don't even have the card) that expired this year in May 2024. The last type of communication I received regarding the delivery of this card was in July 2024. For the first scheduled delivery, no-one pitched then they rescheduled, same story. It is now almost November, and does Standard bank care to just deliver my card at a branch without me having to pay for such an arrangement? Yet I'm paying for something each month that I don't even have! I'm so disgusted in this service from Standard Bank!
