***** department really dropped the ball in December 2023. As the custodian of my current account Standard Bank ***** department really dropped the ball in allowing an unprecedented no of bank transfers to be hoovered out of my current account. 59 transactions in total. Still not resolved. Just pithy sms’s Standard Bank: Dear Client, we are investigating your ***** case 043456. Thank you for your patience. We will contact you as soon as investigation is complete. Nothing further.
