What a pathetic service!!!!! I haven't been able to get through to this line for this whole year.!!!!! What is the point of this service if it is never available???!!! You can promote a service that you not providing to all you customers!!! I deserve to make use of this service as I am a loyal customer!!! So pathetic!!!!
