Standard Bank dragging their feet
Hi, I have app**** for the car finance last week and it was approved. The guy by the name of Alex Mandla called and requested the bank statements of which i mailed 3 days ago. I am still waiting with no assistance and Alex is not picking up my calls. please assist. Reference number ***.

Please assist with surety on a car. i have been emailing Herbert all day and every time but he is not answering/responding. is this how standard bank treat its customers? or should i go for finance at another bank. Standard banks standard are deteriorating. The dealership is phoning me every day. all is done, finance approved but just left with the surety. i am escalating this.
