standard bank double debits

My last 5 transaction mysteriously went off on Friday evening and got mysteriously reversed due to the fact that the account didnt have money there was an honoring fee off R155 for each transaction which accumulated to R755 in honor fee i phoned them Saturday was told there was a glitch got promised they will reverse honoring fee which never happened if i cant get an answer i will close both business and personal accounts and report them to the banking ombutsman as i read that this has happened to several clients but standard bank never stand accountable
