Standard bank dont work alongside their attorneys they hand you to. They want customers to do their work for them.

Standard bank handed me over to attorneys for loss of income i paid the attorneys yet they refuse to update their system and close my accounts, where the attorney said its automatically closed at payment but because attorney gave 20% off standard bank still shows i owe that 20% so cant update credit beauros not even for a credit card i had closed 15 years ago, the branch told me to call the attorney the attorney tell me to call branch coz they don't work together yet its their attorneys not mine so how do i know how they work. They all too lazy to do their jobs csn standard bank woek together with their attorneys and update records so that customers wont sit with this issues i don't work for you so do ur jobs u get paid for it.
