STANDARD BANK DONT STICK TO THEIR AGREEMENT

I've had a building loan with std bank for the last year. This week I completed my home an was converted to a homeloan and my interest rate must reduce by 1.5% but when I called in they gave me a 1st debit order amount at the building loan Interest rate. This will cost me and extra R5k and I need this to be sorted ASAP.

Let me say that dealing with Standard bank over the last year has been very mauel and painful. I never recieved statements and had to phone in and be verified for a little thing. Not even the brnches could help me.
