Standard Bank don't see to care?
A week ago I wrote to complain about the lack of service for Hout Bay customers and in particular in respect of the lack of atm facilities. I got the usual platitudes about sorry for the inconvenience etc etc and I was therefore apoplectic when I went to try and use the atm last night only to see that it was still not working?
Absolute joke!
