Standard bank don't close account...LoanShark

Standard bank chased me as customer after someone I was doing business with sent an **** Cheque which bounced the following day. Then they blocked n closed my account. But I had a loan still running so I continued paying it off, so yesterday I went into the branch to check my loan settlement so I can settlement it. To my surprised my blocked n closed account is owning but the consultant can't even access the account.....and also with a 32 day account I closed years back is still open..standard bank don't close account....same thing happened as well with my wife, she closed her standard bank account twice still not closed and is owning....im Glad we let them after about 10 years using them....poor service yesterday I spend 2 hours waiting just to check my settlement ..
