Standard Bank Don't care attitude

As a private bank client of Standard Bank for more than 10 years , the lack of service, support and non response from senior management is to say the least shocking. I really don't need a bank when only in good standing , I need a bank in all situations . Shame on you Standard Bank even Sim Tshabalala for not responding to my complaints to you personally. The absolutely disregard for your cluents in bad times is an absolute shame . Standard Bank does not live up to its motto. Take your clients seriously or there are financial institutions who are willing to do so.
