Standard Bank dont care and are ****** !!!!

Time to change banks and consult the banking Umboedsman! Standard Bank are *****s ! The still let unauthorized debit order happen on my account and charge me when they are returned. How must I provide for something I dont know is coming! They have ****** more than R1000 from me this way in less than 2 months. !!!! When I lodge claims or compliants they not willing to help me !!! The are ****** and dont care about their customers! I am prestige banker with them and has been for more than 25 years !!! What the hell !!! Time to try another Bank !!!
