Standard Bank Don't Care

Standard Bank shocked me. DURING LOCKDOWN LEVEL 1 I app**** for a 3 months payment holiday and Standard bank gave me only two months. Why??? Though the president said the banks should grant people who really need to be on holiday 3 months because of the challenges our families are facing.

I wrote to this complaint center and no one in standard bank is willing to solve my case, I called standard bank I don't know how many times today they are just taking me back and forth with debtcarecentre and the collection department being rude. can the Standardbank complaint center call me?
