STANDARD BANK "DON'T" TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS FAIRLY

I received an email from Standard Bank UCount Rewards on 23/06/2016 stating that I needed 76 UCount Rewards points before I would move to Tier 4. The email also stated that if I signed-up for Standard Bank’s internal marketing, I would get 100 UCount Rewards points which would then push me to Tier 4. This meant that by the end of June 2016, I should have been moved to Tier 4. On Wednesday, 06/07/2016 I decided to go online and check how many UCount Rewards points I had and if I had been moved to Tier 4. Imagine my disappointment when I checked on my points only to see an online message telling me that I now need 51 points before I could move to Tier 4. On calling the UCount Rewards number, I was told by a person that as a result of me settling my revolving credit, points had been deducted. Standard Bank, first of all, I want you to prove that I have been given UCount Rewards points for my revolving credit for all the years that I have had it. Second of all, I want you to prove that it states that rewards points will be DEDUCTED for settling a loan account. I am the Group TCF Programme Manager for one of the four big banks and this is definitely NOT in line with “TREATING CUSTOMERS FAIRLY”
