Standard bank don't like Business Banking

Standard banks business banking department in Klerksdorp, hopping between Flamwood, downtown, and Matlosana Mall on a weekly basis, has the absolute worst client service ive ever seen. With or without an appointment I have to wait between 30mins and 1 hour each time. No matter what Rachel/Denzil don't want to give me access to my money in my account. I have no loans or credit, I only want a card to give to my driver for diesel, even if its debit (preferred) , but no help no service no callbacks and definitely no smiles from Rachel and the Standard bank team. Time for my business to switch banks
