Standard bank doing transfers for you without con

Money from one account to another account transferred. <br> <br> I can only think it to be standard bank since it is an account I queried the charges the bank including the interest put on after I had cancelled a service.<br> <br> Now I want to close the account and went into the bank to investigate why my account has still been charged for a service I had cancelled months before they confirmed they will look at it. Yet somehow the amount i queried got transferred from my savings account into my business account without any help from myself,<br> How is that possible. Considering that the business account has not been in use for months I do not have the cards or the account number to do the transfer. I hope standard bank has a very good explanation for how this happened.<br> And also check from where the transfer was made.
