Standard bank doing an injustice to its' customers by opening limited branches in Pretoria East

I waited in queue at the Menlyn Park branch at 9 o'clock to collect my card. Only got inside the branch at 11. Waited inside for another hour... there is clearly shortage of staff here, but what irks me the most is the closing of banches in the Pretoria East area. Given the long queues, standard bank should have by now realised that they need to open more branches. It is the only bank that has these ridiculous queues.

I am only here to collect my card, which would normally be directed to the Castle walk branch, but I find myself stuck at a bank for more than 3 hours which is counter effective given the corona outbreak and being exposed to the general public to other members of the public

To minimise these delays, I should have been offered an option to get the card delivered directly to me at the same terms as going into the branch, given the fact that I am inconvenienced by the bank to come to an unfami**** branch and given the number of people visisting these branches. The east of Pretoria cannot afford to operate with only 2 branches, namely Menlyn and Lynwood...

I wouldn't otherwise come to a branch ordinarily but I need my card in order to function on a daily basis.

This is totally unacceptable.
