Standard bank doesn't want unlock my bank account

My card was detained at the ATM in Danielskuil. Then I went to the branch they told me they hold my account because of *****. I then told them I am not working but I am doing surveys and watching videos to get paid. And then they said they'll call me and they never did after 2 weeks I contacted them on Facebook and they called later and that lady told me that they will not unlock my account I rather do another bank account.. They locked my account on the 31 of May. Standard bank failed me and it has to be boycotted
