Standard bank doesn't want to unlock my account

Standard bank must be boycotted ..My account was locked because of the surveys payment I have been received mere R50's it was blocked on the 31 of May I went to the branch and they told me they will call me and they didn't it took them 3 weeks to call me because I contacted them on Facebook later they called. That lady was rude she even told me they won't ever open my account yes that's true they didn't.
