Standard bank doesn't update their system

After a previous review I thought to myself standard bank won't disappoint me again ,but obviously not!!! I am so frustrated , after I received a call that my payment holiday was approved due to being on maternity leave , I have just received a call a week after the approval that I have not payed my vehicle!!! Please tell me why , please tell me does standard bank not communicate or update their systems???? I had an issue with the payment holiday request and now this. Now my credit score is going to be **** due to standard bank not updating their system. I will never ever bank with standard bank and I will make sure my husband change his bank .
