Standard Bank doesn't care about its Clients

Been with Standard since 2007, all my accounts have been in order, yet when I need them all of that does not matter. Recently had an accident and Insurance wrote off the car and settled the financing with Standard Bank. Tried to get financing for another vehicle through them but they giving me the runaround and this is affecting my business as I have been running my own business for the past year and now Im unable to attend to my clients because I am not mobile and they are failing to understand this. After this incident I don't see myself recommending Standard bank to anyone else.
