Standard Bank doesn't CARE!

Standard Bank advertises that they uplift our community and support their customers, when in fact they STEEL from their customers that can not afford their ridiculous amounts of money charged for 'make- believe' banking fees!! <br> I was paid a sum of money that was transferred to an overdrawn account and was immediately absorbed. THEY MONEY WAS NEVER MEANT FOR ME, Standard Bank will not return this money to the original costumer in full, instead they are charging a R4000 fee in order to return a fraction of the money! For what? Now I am responsible for paying this random amount of money for a transaction I was never apart of!!! The worst part is, is that the transaction was between two standard bank accounts so Standard Bank is loosing nothing In this process!! <br> I'm am overwhelmed with joy that I am leaving this bank because clearly they don't care about US!<br> Please help me understand why this happened? Enlighten me!
