Standard Bank DOes nt Keep infomation confidential

I have been receiving the statements of MR SN & MRS AN MALINDI for the past many year. to my postal address. I have called Standard Bank on many occasions to correct this. However, until now nothing is done by Standard. <br> <br> This brings in to question how Standard Bank regards peoples confidential information?<br> Does Standard Bank follow the guidelines of FICA?<br> <br> Today I again tried the Standard Bank call centre, spoke to Mapaseka Mpapea. She says she cant do anything. Doesn't even offer to at least get my details or the details of the persons statement and check with them. WOW, doe even though I report something wrong, Standard Bank still ignores the error!!!!<br> <br> I can bet a million bucks that Standard Bank will do nothing about this!<br>
