Standard Bank does not offer payment holidays

Standard Bank confirmed that I would receive a payment holiday on my loans and credit card from April to June. The debit order still went off as normal for April and May already and when querying with the bank for a reversal the agents are very arrogant. Never got the debit orders reversed. Even went into the branch at Liberty Midlands Mall, they could do nothing and put me on the phone for 1 hour. Requested to speak to the manager and she did not even come out of her office to assist. Terrible bank to deal with in times of need with a pandemic going on!
