STANDARD BANK DOES NOT GIVE A DAMN

I placed my Hello Peter complaint on 30 March 2015. A full week later (7 April) I receive a call from a consultant (Olla) who says she will be handling my issue and will call me again the following day with feedback Today, 20 April 2015 ... NOTHING !! I have called her direct number 4 times and left messages with no response. Time for customers to Move Forward and go to another banking institution.
