Standard Bank does not care

Times are tough and people are battling but Standard Bank doesn't care. Their top managers sit in their fancy homes, drive their fancy cars thanks to their client's, some of who have been with them for years. I contact standard bank on the 4th April to make an arrangement, I sent them through everything they requested 2 days later and I have still not heard from them. You phone, you email, and no response, no help, not assistance. I feel helpless and total suicidal as I dont have money to feed my family.
