Standard Bank dodging, holding out international incoming transfer $/R exchange rate

Emma Matthews. As you know I have been a Standard Bank client for 46 years. I sent numerous emails to forex on 2 May 2025 with the proof of transfer from Ardan International dated 25 April 2025. I followed this up with a complaint on HelloPeter on 5 May 2025. You subsequently contacted me to inform me that transfer was being investigated and that it would be in my bank account asap. It did appear in my bank account. However, this was transferred into my bank account with the $/R exchange rate for 6 May 25. I followed this ip again with further placements on HelloPeter and telephone conversations with you. With each telephone conversation you informed me that the calls were being recorded for security reasons. You also informed me that a number of customers had also been affected because of a “software glitch” and that this would be rectified asap as you had escalated this matter to management at forex. Subsequent to the above and our further telephone conversations you also told me that it would be resolved as of Friday last week, then after no further info and no resolution to the matter on Friday 9 May you contacted me again on Monday 12 May 25 again informing me that this matter would be resolved by “hopefully” close of business on Monday 12 May 25. You also contacted me again yesterday very apologetically advising that you would “once again” escalate this to management. It is close to the cob for today, snd once again I have been strung along by Standard Bank, either you have been **** to or I have been **** to. What is the problem?? You have repeatedly informed me, and I believed you, that it was being investigated to determine the exchange rate for 25 April, then I was told that it was being vetted on Monday and Tuesday and what will the story be today???? What would you conclude from the above??? Lies, lies snd more lies??? What would you advise now??? I have been very patient!!! No more!!!!
