STANDARD BANK..... DO THEY ACTUALLY CARE

I and my fiance have been banking with Standard Bank for 30 years. We have out no d with them as well as other finance with them But just try apply for vehicle finance and then you see just how important you actually are to your bank when they offer you a reddiculas rate that other banks beat their offer always even though you don't bank with them. It is actually quite horryfying that your own bank couldn't give a **** about you when you have been such a loyal customer. Just goes to show you you are actually just another number to them and there is actually no such thing as loyalty and service delivery when STANDARD BANK who you have been so loyal to don't really care about their customers as it has shown when other financial institutions give you lower interest rates....... #GOOD BYE STANDARD BANK
