Standard bank do not want me to update my banking details

Standard bank do not take their client serious, today i am writing my second review after they wrote an email saying they will help but they didnt. they really do not want to help me with such a small thing. all i want is to change my banking details as i have changed to get my salary in different bank. the one they have on their system will no longer have funds.
