Standard Bank Dishonors Standing Agreement

I am currently in debt with standard bank. For about 2 years I was unemployed and couldn't meet the payment requirements. Recently my business started taking shape, and through communication with standard bank we came to an payment agreement. I further explained that since my business is still just picking up I will not be getting a consistent full salary, and will be paying a % of whatever I earn, and this the service consultant at their collections department noted, and the agreement was entered into. I have consistently managed to honor my end for more than 2 times, dedicating 15% of whatever I earned to the dept repayment. On the 25th of April my company managed to pay me R6500 of which standard bank debited 62% of, despite a standing arrangement. For the past 8 days I have been struggling to get assistance from them, and the only time they reach out is when I post on social media. On Saturday they called, promised to have someone from debt collections call, nothing. Yesterday they responded to my facebook inbox said they would contact me shortly, still nothing.

Will I wait another 8 days while I am rendered powerless to work, eat, pay for the roof over my head, support my family? Exactly how does the debt collections department think I will be able to continue making any payments?
