Standard bank disgraceful service

Your standard bank in Malelane is the worst branch of any bank in the world. Its completely useless and has useless people working in it. I have been standing in a line for over 2 hours. There is only one employee at enquiries attending to over 31 people. There is only one teller working the other is hiding behind the blinds. There is no manager in site for over 2 hours. Its disgusting and the level of arrogance from your employees is amazing. Is this a bank or stokvel where people discuss their personal problems instead of helping clients. Im starting to regret the decision to move our account to standard bank.
